Why "Bashmo"

A title you don't apply for. You earn it.

In Egypt, an engineer isn't addressed by name — they're called ya bashmohandes: chief engineer. It's a title of respect that isn't printed on any certificate; the people around you simply start using it once your work deserves it. Bashmo is the short, friendly version — a coach that talks to you like the engineer you're becoming, and is honest enough to actually get you there.
